Most Thai online stores do not ship to Cambodia directly. You buy inside Thailand and BT Express sends the goods on to Cambodia. Most parcels are quoted at our standard parcel rates — use the Pricing calculator for an estimate. Special rate: eligible clothing and fabric packed in sacks, minimum 20 kg, from ฿70/kg (Sea / Land Standard). This special rate is not for general goods, Fast or Air. Staff confirm eligibility and the final quotation.

Can BT Express buy the item for me?
If you cannot pay a Thai seller yourself, ask our team on LINE. Whether staff can help place an order is confirmed case by case — please do not pay anyone on our behalf before the team confirms.
How do I pay?
We accept Thai bank transfer, ABA and Bakong. The team confirms the payment details for each shipment — please pay only the account the team gives you.
Pay only after the team has reviewed and approved your shipment and sent you the payment details. Never transfer to an account the team did not give you.
Tips before you buy
- Check the seller and keep the order number and receipt.
- Ask us first about restricted items such as liquids, batteries, food or branded goods.

Does Shopee or Lazada Thailand ship to Cambodia?
Generally no — Thai marketplace orders deliver to addresses inside Thailand. A cross-border carrier such as BT Express moves the goods from Thailand to Cambodia.
How much does it cost?
Use the calculator for available General Goods USD estimates. Clothes & Fabric starts from ฿70/kg only when sack-packed, at least 20 kg, Sea / Land Standard; staff confirms the final price. These are separate pathways, not a currency conversion.
Where do I send my Thai orders?
Ask staff to confirm the Bangkok receiving address, hours and Shipping Mark before the seller sends each parcel. Receiving details are shown in How It Works.
Which payment methods can I use?
Thai bank transfer, ABA and Bakong. The team confirms the payment details for each shipment before you pay.
Can I use TikTok Shop, HomePro or other Thai stores?
Often yes, if the seller delivers to an address in Thailand. We have not checked every store's rules, so send the product link to our team first. Staff confirm whether the item can be shipped.
Is the Shipping Mark my tracking number?
No. Staff give you a Shipping Mark to label your boxes. The tracking number (AWB) is used to check shipment status on the Tracking page.
Will the Thai store send my order straight to Cambodia?
Usually not. Most Thai stores deliver only inside Thailand. You order to the Thai address staff confirm, and BT Express sends the goods on to Cambodia.

What if the seller sent several boxes but some are missing?
Ask the seller for domestic tracking for every box. Send staff your shipment reference, the expected and received box counts, relevant sending and receiving dates, and photos of labels or parcels if available. The team checks the case; do not assume the missing boxes have reached BT Express.

Can I ask for an estimate without knowing the weight?
Send staff the goods type, item or parcel count and photos, plus the weight or size if known. Do not invent numbers for the calculator: General Goods USD estimates need each package’s actual weight and dimensions. Staff can help check an estimate; the final price requires confirmation.
