• Close and seal the box tightly. Ask our team before sending if you are unsure about packing.

• Forward-to details: put the Cambodian recipient name, phone and address, plus your assigned Shipping Mark, on every box. Do not create your own mark.

After confirming receiving conditions, send with an accepted local Thai carrier or bring the goods in person. Share the domestic tracking number and box count. BT checks receipt and contacts the sender to agree the final service and cost; an invoice is prepared and the goods await dispatch.
